Michele E. IronCastle, Of Counsel

Ms. IronCastle is Of Counsel with Badame Law Group. During the course of the last 10 years, Michele has worked closely with the Firm's Founder, Mr. Badame, and has successfully litigated numerous class action matters, as well as single-plaintiff lawsuits.

Over the course of the past 5 years, Michele has created a niche for herself in the consumer finance-banking legal arena. She is recognized by her peers for both her knowledge of the ever-evolving mortgage lending rules and regulations, as well as her prosecution history against the lending industry. Ms. IronCastle has successfully litigated banking regulation/malfeasance cases in both California State Courts and United States District Courts in California.

Ms. IronCastle received her Juris Doctor Degree from Trinity Law School in 2009, where she served as Editor for the school Law Review. Prior to attending law school, she attended California State University at Fullerton, where she received her Bachelor of Science Degree in 1992. Michele focuses her legal practice in the Consumer Finance and Protection Practice Group at Badame Law Group.

Ms. IronCastle is a member of the American Bar Association, California Bar Association, Orange County Bar Association, Los Angeles County Bar Association, and the Association of Trial Lawyers of America. She is admitted to practice law in all California State Courts and the United States District Court for the Northern and Central Districts of California.

In addition to her role with Badame Law Group, Ms. IronCastle has served on the Board of Directors of the Orange County Christian Legal Aid Office, where she volunteers regularly at their respective legal aid clinics for the indigent in need of legal services.
